In the 90s, he successfully grew a chain of hair salons and rebranded B&B to Total Sports Entertainment (TSE), becoming a revolutionary sports company elevating fan engagement. In the 2000s, he designed patented software to streamline event productions and expanded TSE to provide expert consulting and A/V services. He later founded Visua and VirtCh, delivering innovative tech to sports organizations. With an unwavering commitment to enriching sports and entertainment, Bob is a respected and influential industry leader.

Taylor Lemick / Co-Founder

Matt Baker

Matt Baker is an expert in audio, video, and LED integration for sports venues boasting 12+ years of experience with Visua and as a pioneering co-founder of VirtCh. He has navigated diverse sales, marketing, operational and executive roles, leading over 250 national A/V and LED projects, becoming certified in various equipment, and building partnerships with major sports networks. Matt founded VirtCh in 2020 to revolutionize fan engagement through virtual graphics and production, overseeing $1.5M in annual deals as President. He drives all business operations, project workflow, and groundbreaking initiatives like developing the first-ever holographic broadcast enhancement for an NFL stadium. Matt enjoys family time with his wife Jess, sons Reece (4) and Milo (2) outside work.

Tricia McGue

Tricia is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in start up operations and project management. She first transformed a national calibration laboratory, rapidly expanding sales and staff during her time. Tricia then secured and launched one of the IL’s rare cannabis dispensary licenses, strategically building its location and operations. Across numerous ventures including multifamily housing, her ability to adapt to different industries and drive growth has allowed her to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment. She is known for her strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and exceptional organizational abilities, which have consistently contributed to the success of the organizations she have been a part of.

Outside work, she enjoys zoos, parks, museums with her family and trying out new recipes!
